Booking confirmation

Thank you for booking onto the University of Portsmouth’s Chancellor’s Dinner on Friday 10 March 2017.

Tickets will be sent to you in the post in February 2017. If you have not received your tickets by Monday 27 February please contact the Alumni Association on 023 9284 2705 or email alumni@port.ac.uk.

If you are attending with friends but booked separately, please let us know by Monday 6 February if you would like to be seated together and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please be aware we will be unable to accommodate any seating requests after this date or on the night.

Dress Code
Gentlemen – Black tie
Ladies – Formal evening wear / cocktail dress

Getting Here
By train – Portsmouth’s city centre train station Portsmouth & Southsea is a two minute walk from Portsmouth Guildhall.

By coach – National Express coaches to Portsmouth arrive at Cambridge Road which is a five minute walk from Portsmouth Guildhall.

By car – Exit the M27 at Junction 12 and follow signs for M275 into the city.

Parking
Please be aware parking at the Guildhall is not available. There are plenty of public car parks local to the venue including Dorothy Dymond car park and Isambard Brunel car park.

Accommodation
There are a variety of accommodation options to suit all budgets. Visit Portsmouth
provides information on different places to stay, getting around the city and what’s on.
