Alumnus Dr Greg Park publishes second book
With 35 years’ experience working in retail banking, alumnus Dr Greg Park has used his knowledge and expertise to write his second book “Integral Operational Leadership: A relationally intelligent approach to sustained performance in the twenty-first century” which has been published by Routledge.
Beginning his career as a graduate trainee with National Westminster Bank in the City of London, Greg studied Monetary Economics at Portsmouth Polytechnic and continued with his education throughout his career where he studied a MA in Marketing Management and a PhD in International Strategic Leadership. Greg received a MBS in International Strategic Marketing and his professional profile includes working for organisations including TSB Bank Group, a retail bank in Ireland, and was Group Head of global and regional banks in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf.
In 2009, Greg set up PCM Consulting and now undertakes guest speaking roles on leadership issues in Ireland, Scandinavia and USA, alongside advisory roles with management institutes in the UK and USA.
The book, which is a sequel to Dr Park’s first book “Collaborative Wisdom: From persuasive logic to effective operational leadership”, concerns itself with an alternative and progressive leadership logic based upon perspectives, priorities, and practices considered more attuned to the realities of the twenty-first century environment within which the business organisation finds itself operating. The reader can gain insight from a range of case studies of organisations that have applied this leadership logic.
